• Insured Express Shipping — $6.99

WHY IS MY ORDER ARRIVING IN SEPARATE PACKAGES?

If you ordered multiple items, your products may arrive in separate packages.

This happens because items may be shipped from different warehouses depending on stock availability and shipping speed.

To avoid delays, some items may be shipped separately so they can reach you faster.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 5 business days.

• Canada, United Kingdom, Australia: 7 to 14 business days

Express Shipping

TRACKING INFORMATION

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow a few business days for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Clorenas is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to circumstances outside our control, including:

• Weather disruptions
• Carrier issues
• Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Customers are responsible for filing claims with the courier for stolen or missing delivered packages.
