REFUND POLICY 

30 DAY WARRANTY

At Clorenas, we stand behind the quality of every product we create.

All orders are covered by our 30 Day Limited Warranty from the date your package is delivered.

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery and we will work quickly to resolve the issue.

To help us process your request faster, please provide:

• Clear photos or videos of the issue
• A brief explanation of the problem

RETURNS & REFUNDS

To be eligible for a return or refund:

• Items must be unused and in their original condition
• Items must be returned in the original packaging
• Requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery

Please note:

Used, worn, washed, damaged, or altered items are not eligible for refunds.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.


NON REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

• Incorrect size selection made by the customer
• Change of mind after purchase
• Minor color differences caused by screen settings or lighting
• Normal wear and tear
• Orders delayed by carriers, customs, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control

ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

If a cancellation request is approved after payment processing has already begun, a processing and restocking fee may apply.


EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if the wrong item was sent.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you have not received your refund yet:
